Purchasing Tickets & Pricing

How Ticket Pricing Works Event organizers set the base price for their tickets. During the checkout process, any additional fees—such as service charges or processing fees—will be clearly listed before you complete your purchase.

Accepted Payment Methods 💳 We accept a variety of payment methods to make checkout easy, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • Digital Wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Other integrated third-party payment processors

Receiving Your Tickets 🎟️

  • Digital Tickets: After your purchase is complete, your e-tickets will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. You can also access them anytime in your WASTA account.

  • Physical Tickets: If offered for an event, physical tickets will be mailed to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please note that shipping fees will apply.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our General Policy: All Sales Are Final As a general rule, all ticket sales made on the WASTA platform are final and non-refundable.

However, there are specific exceptions to this policy outlined below.

When are refunds issued? Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • If an event is cancelled by the organizer: You will automatically receive a refund for the ticket's face value.

    • Please note: The processing fee (up to 3%) is non-refundable. This fee covers payment processing and service costs that we cannot recover.

  • If an event is rescheduled: The event organizer may offer a partial refund. This is at the organizer's discretion, and you will be notified via email with all available options.

How to Request a Refund For a cancelled or rescheduled event, you must submit your refund request within 10 days of receiving the official notification email. No exceptions can be made after this period.

Important Information

Event-Specific Terms Some events have unique rules, age restrictions (e.g., "19+ only"), or venue guidelines set by the organizer. These terms will be displayed during the ticket purchase process and must be followed.

Ticket Transfers and Resale To prevent fraud and protect buyers, reselling tickets is strictly prohibited without official approval from WASTA and the event organizer. Unless explicitly stated for a specific event, tickets are non-transferrable
